We look beyond our offices, providing support to our neighbouring communities and environments. Through our Community Engagement programme, everyone in the business is given one day paid leave each year to volunteer at a charity or give their time in other ways. We run multiple events with local charities to support them through the year. During the festive season, HAND employees are given the opportunity to select charities that the company donate to on their behalf.

In 2022, we moved to our new office and we decided to be green house, that we used vertical farming technology to replace office green plants and be part of office lightings. Our employees could bring back home the fresh vegetables every Friday. As Singapore land is very limited, we encourage employees to live sustainably. Be Green and Be Pragmatic is our living style.
